Job Summary
Develop and maintain TYPO3-based websites and applications, focusing on versions 11 and 12. Create custom extensions and implement fluid templating to ensure clean, reusable code. Optimize Typoscript configurations and integrate Bootstrap for responsive, user-friendly interfaces. Enable frontend image uploads and implement Google Maps integrations to enhance user experiences. Ensure high-quality code and performance across all projects. Requires 4+ years of experience with TYPO3, PHP, and open-source technologies. Located in India with on-site international work opportunities and a 5-day work week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience: Proven experience in TYPO3 development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Familiarity with TYPO3 version 11
- Proficiency in using the Bootstrap package and extending it to create responsive designs
- Demonstrated expertise in building custom TYPO3 extensions
- Strong understanding of fluid templating and its implementation
- Proficiency in Typoscript for customization
- Knowledge of frontend technologies, image upload from frontend, and Google Maps integration
- Familiarity with PHP and other open-source technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to complex challenges
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team to achieve project goals
Desired Qualifications
- Ideally version 12
- Familiarity with other open-source technologies and frameworks
- Knowledge of FlexForms in TYPO3
- Experience with other content management systems (CMS) or e-commerce platforms
