Sr. Trust Administrator

Administer and grow Trust, Investment Agency, and Custody accounts for high net-worth clients while serving as a subject matter expert on fiduciary matters. Analyze, interpret, and execute trust accounts according to legal instruments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures. Proactively communicate with clients and third-party service providers to resolve issues and prepare financial reports on trust status. Deepen client relationships by developing partnerships with internal business partners, including Portfolio Managers and Wealth Management Advisors. Assist with the development and implementation of new processes to improve fiduciary administration efficiency.
