Job Summary
Senior Project Manager – Tolls in Florida responsibilities include leading toll planning/design/technology projects for Florida transportation agencies, managing multi-disciplined project teams, developing scope, schedule and budget, assisting with marketing and business development, mentoring staff, ensuring financial performance and quality of deliverables, conducting QA/QC, and building teams and partnerships to expand Florida transportation practice.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental engineering or related discipline
- Professional engineering (PE) license
- 13+ years of FDOT project management experience
- PMP (PMI), CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire or promotion onto the Approved Project Manager list
- Experience managing toll design engineering transportation projects preferred
- Experience assisting with proposal process and presenting/meeting with state, county, and municipal clients
- Excellent communication, networking and team building skills
- Strong experience communicating with transportation transit agency leaders
