Sr. Transportation Coordinator

Establish and maintain ValueLink routes to support customer delivery requirements and operational efficiency. Configure ship via and route group assignments, manage Customer Customized Delivery Groups, and serve as the primary point of contact for account administration and issue resolution. Monitor order flow to ensure accurate routing, shipping, and delivery execution while researching and resolving discrepancies. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams to maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards. Provide guidance to less experienced team members and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and service.
