Job Summary

Coordinate lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and dispositions across the Americas region from initiation through closeout. Prepare, review, and maintain transaction documentation including approval packages, engagement letters, and commission agreements while monitoring critical dates and milestones. Generate portfolio reporting, KPI dashboards, and executive summaries to analyze trends and support business case development. Facilitate commission tracking, invoicing, and revenue recognition by coordinating with finance teams and validating lease economics. Serve as the primary liaison between transaction management, brokerage, legal, and client stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and action item follow-up. Identify process improvement opportunities and perform quality control reviews of transaction data and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions, portfolio management, lease administration, brokerage operations, corporate real estate, or related disciplines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting platforms such as Smartsheet, CoStar, Power BI, Tableau, or similar systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting regional or global corporate occupier accounts preferred
