Job Summary
Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-wide SAP training programs that enable consistent adoption of SAP and other core business systems across all global locations. Serve as a subject-matter expert for SAP modules, translate complex technical information into engaging learning content for diverse user groups, and lead global training sessions (virtual and on-site) to drive changes in processes and systems. Partner with Business Architects, IT, and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment with global process maps and SOPs, while maintaining centralized training repositories, governance, and measurement of training effectiveness through KPIs and learner feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Information Systems, or related field required
- Equivalent experience in corporate training, SAP training, or business process enablement will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or business process enablement
- Minimum 3 years supporting SAP or similar enterprise systems in a global or multi-site environment
