Job Summary
Design, develop, and deliver commercial training programs for Exact Sciences Japan, covering new hire onboarding, recurrent training, and ongoing education in product knowledge, clinical data, and selling skills. Facilitate sessions in classroom, virtual, and workshop settings while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Medical teams to support learning objectives. Maintain training materials, lead training needs assessments, and act as a subject-matter resource for commercial team members to ensure alignment with global standards and local strategy. Requires native Japanese, fluent English, and 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales training experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, education, business, marketing)
- 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or diagnostics environments
- Experience supporting or delivering sales training, commercial training, or field-based education
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to translate scientific or technical information into clear, practical learning content
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Japanese: Native level
- English: Business to fluent level
- Ability to travel up to 40–50% as required
- Must have valid work authorization to work in Japan at the time of hire
