Sr Training/Education Spec

Senior Training & Education specialist role at Medtronic’s CRM Training & Education team in Japan. Responsible for planning and executing training programs for medical professionals on cardiac implantable devices, managing the Medtronic Mobile Training Lab (MTL) nationwide deployments, conducting product demonstrations and procedural tutorials, updating device-specific technique simulators, collaborating with professional societies, and driving digital efficiency within the department. Requires hands-on experience in training/education or sales for implantable cardiac devices, ability to travel nationwide, strong communication skills with customers and internal teams, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a bachelor’s degree or higher. Fluency in Japanese is expected; English capability mentioned as beneficial. Approximately 2–3 days per week in MIC office with nationwide travel (MTL operations) and telework where applicable.
