Job Summary

Develop and implement comprehensive cGMP-focused training programs by collaborating with subject matter experts to define learning objectives and identify performance gaps. Design, develop, and maintain instructional materials including eLearning modules, training manuals, SOP guidelines, and assessments while regularly updating content to reflect regulatory changes. Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees, ensuring comprehension and adherence to standards, and support internal and external audits by preparing documentation. Administer and optimize the Learning Management System, monitor key performance indicators, and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and analysis. Own the end-to-end training lifecycle from needs assessment through continuous improvement. Based at Aveva Drug Delivery Systems in Miramar, FL, with minimal travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training development, instructional design, or a related role within a cGMP-regulated industry
  • Strong understanding of cGMP requirements
  • Strong understanding of FDA and ISO regulatory guidelines
  • Strong understanding of compliance expectations within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong understanding of EQMS systems
  • Strong understanding of LMS systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Full-time position
  • Based at Aveva Drug Delivery Systems - Miramar, FL
  • Minimal travel required (occasional, e.g., ≤10%)

Desired Qualifications

  • Equivalent or similar relevant work experience may be considered
  • Experience within the pharmaceuticals or medical devices industry
  • Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model)
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles
  • Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
  • Experience with LMS systems (preferably TrackWise/Salesforce)
