Job Summary
Conduct skills gap analysis to identify workforce capabilities needed to achieve organizational goals and design training roadmaps that align Esri solutions with customer strategic objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor by consulting with customer organizations to understand their mission, operational priorities, and desired outcomes, while proactively identifying business development opportunities through ongoing engagement. Partner with internal teams to shape comprehensive solutions that address customer challenges and represent the value of training to both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires up to 20% travel and US citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting, advisory, or workforce development experience
- Direct work-related experience in or familiarity with the organizations and operations of the communities served (such as state and local government)
- Demonstrated ability to apply creativity and structured thinking within a consultative engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time
- US citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
