Job Summary
Lead strategic consulting with stakeholders to translate organizational goals into workforce development strategies. Conduct skills gap analyses to identify capabilities needed for customer objectives, then design and propose tailored training roadmaps. Serve as a trusted advisor by proactively identifying business development opportunities through ongoing engagement and partnering with internal teams to shape comprehensive solutions. Represent the value of Esri training to both internal and external customers while closing capability gaps and accelerating technology adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting, advisory, or workforce development experience
- Direct work-related experience in or familiarity with the organizations and operations of the communities served (such as state and local government)
- Demonstrated ability to apply creativity and structured thinking within a consultative engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level presentation
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time
- US citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

- Excellent prioritization and management of several engagements at once
- Experience advising government, utilities, or commercial communities
- Experience with Esri products and the ArcGIS platform
