Sr. Trademark Litigation Paralegal - Hybrid / Remote

Job Summary
Manage complex trademark litigation cases from intake through appeal, including discovery, trial, and appeal phases. Implement case management tools like Relativity and Westlaw Case Notebook, organize file documents, and initiate docketing in CompuLaw. Assist attorneys with TTAB inter partes proceedings, draft pleadings, and handle document production reviews. Conduct trademark enforcement investigations for USPTO applications and unauthorized common law uses, researching infringing social media content. Coordinate trial logistics, prepare exhibits, and attend hearings while maintaining complete records and privilege logs.
Required Qualifications
- California Only: Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
- Must satisfy requirements of California Business & Professions Code §6450 et seq.
- A minimum of 5- years of relevant work experience in a professional environment including demonstrated progressive increase in responsibility managing litigation matters
- Law firm experience
- Proficient with electronic research tools such as Westlaw
- High level of proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite applications, Adobe Acrobat, Litigation Support Applications (e.g., Everchron, West Case Notebook, Case Map), Pacer, Electronic Filing, Westlaw (and other internet research tools
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Respectful to other individuals working directly or indirectly with them
- Reliable and dependable team player
- Must be a good planner who is very detail-oriented and can organize and prioritize
- Must be action and results oriented
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Must have effective written and oral communication skills
- Work independently, taking initiative to move projects to a conclusion
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
- Outside of California: Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred but not required
