Job Summary
Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to support the Total Rewards team in implementing and administering compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs across Asia Pacific regions. Key duties include serving as SME on regional C&B programs for HR OPS, participating in surveys/benchmarks, managing health programs, pension, and country-specific programs, monitoring operational C&B matters for the AP region, driving employee communication via the intranet, assisting with special projects, and generating/analyzing data reports. Required skills include 6+ years in high-tech/software, strong analytical and process-management capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, Workday preferred, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Experience in a global/matrix environment and ability to collaborate across teams are also expected. Hybrid remote/work model noted, with some employees remote and others on-premises within Logitech’s flexible global footprint.
