Sr. Tooling Program Manager

Lead the Tooling Program HOD in Zhuhai by managing the full lifecycle of precision injection mold projects, from definition through delivery and closure. Serve as the primary interface for customers during bid phases, allocating resources, negotiating scope and cost, and driving engineering change orders to protect margins. Oversee project financials, including budget reviews, cost contingency management, and accounts receivable recovery to maintain target collection rates. Direct the team in establishing design standards, project tools, and lessons learned processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. Monitor sales milestones, mitigate delivery risks, and maintain high customer satisfaction scores through proactive feedback analysis and complaint resolution.
