Senior Title Closing Processor in Lakeville, MN, in-office role responsible for preparing closing disclosures, balance settlement statements, and accompanying documentation; collaborates with closers, lenders, production staff, and agents to ensure compliant closing of real estate and mortgage transactions; duties include reviewing lender packages, recording packages, escrow funds, title evidence, and ensuring all information is accurate and complete, with strong emphasis on organization, analytics, and customer service; standard hours Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm; wage range $23–$26 hourly based on education and experience; benefits include comprehensive package and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Two to five years of real estate, mortgage or title experience
- Ability to occasionally work extra hours during peak times of the month
- Willingness to travel if needed (if applicable)
- Possibly a title license
