Job Summary
Sr. Title Closing Processor at Edina Realty Title, based in Edina, MN, hybrid role with travel to other locations to provide coverage. Work as part of the closing team on buyers’ and sellers’ big day, preparing closing files for review and signing at closing, and collaborating with closers, lenders, production staff and agents. Responsibilities include preparing and balancing closing disclosures and settlement statements, ensuring proper procedures and compliance, reviewing lender packages and title evidence, monitoring transactions for completeness, resolving title issues prior to closing, and supporting a smooth closing process. Work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with travel to other locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two to five years of real estate, mortgage or title experience strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure and as part of a team
- Effective interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized with a customer service focus
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Reliable transportation to travel to other locations as needed
- Ability to occasionally work extra hours during peak times of the month
- Position may require a title license
