Job Summary
Sr. Title Closing Processor at Edina Realty Title, based in Edina, MN, working a hybrid schedule with travel to other locations. Responsible for preparing closing disclosures and settlement statements, ensuring proper procedures and compliance in real estate and mortgage transactions, reviewing lender packages and title evidence, resolving title issues before closing, and coordinating with closers, lenders, production staff, and agents to support buyers’ and sellers’ big day. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm; travel to other locations is required. Requires strong analytical, organizational, and customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines; may require a title license and occasionally longer hours during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- Two to five years of real estate, mortgage or title experience strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to travel to other locations as needed
- Ability to occasionally work extra hours during peak times
- Position may require a title license
