Job Summary

Represent Gilead's HIV Treatment products to a defined customer base in the Washington/Alaska/Montana territory by generating sales and consistently exceeding targets through comprehensive account management. Engage healthcare practices via in-person representation and face-to-face meetings to deliver disease awareness, clinical updates, and education on healthcare changes. Build strong relationships with providers while partnering with cross-functional colleagues to optimize access, acquisition, and operational support. Monitor sales progress, adjust strategies as needed, and perform administrative tasks including reporting call activity and managing the territory budget. Model compliance standards and ethical behavior while reporting adverse events to the Drug Safety and Public Health department.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ Years with BS/BA OR 4+ Years with MS/MA
  • Ability to engage in travel as may be reasonably required, including regular travel within the assigned area
  • Satisfaction of any onsite visitation requirements of healthcare practitioners within an assigned area
  • A valid driver's license
  • Experience in selling a Buy and Bill product with proven sales success
  • Ability to engage in travel as may be reasonably required, including regular travel within the assigned area
  • Satisfaction of any onsite visitation requirements of healthcare practitioners within an assigned area

Desired Qualifications

  • BA or BS degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry sales experience
  • Possess superior selling skills focused on highly competitive markets
  • Proven and consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives, preferably in specialty markets
  • Successful performance and collaborative leadership with account-focused cross-functional local teams
  • Experience in selling injectable physician-administered products
  • Familiarity with the managed care landscape and its impact on business
