Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement automated test systems for NPI and production environments. Integrate hardware and software components into robust test solutions while collaborating with design engineering teams to define test requirements and strategies. Develop and maintain test programs, analyze test data for process improvement, and optimize existing test systems for efficiency. Ensure compliance with quality standards and provide technical support and training to manufacturing staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in test engineering or automated test development.
- Proficiency in test system architecture and integration.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with LabVIEW and TestStand preferred.
- Strong understanding of electronics, instrumentation, and measurement techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
