Job Summary
Sr. Test Engineer for Agentforce QA to validate AI-driven workflows, test agent responses, and ensure output accuracy, stability, and compliance across releases. Design and execute AI-specific test scenarios; validate agent outputs against expected behavior; conduct regression testing across personas; test AI grounding accuracy and data responses; validate guardrails and compliance constraints; log and track defects through resolution; support UAT cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Experience testing Salesforce implementations
- Exposure to Agentforce / AI-based workflows
- Strong understanding of test case design
- Experience with JIRA / test management tools
- Ability to test edge cases and AI output variability
