Sr. Terrestrial Services Sales Manager (Starlink Aviation)

Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager to close terrestrial enterprise deals with airline and aviation customers, lead pricing and commercial strategy, own end-to-end contracts, forecast and manage a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with engineering, regulatory, product, and sales operations to drive Starlink Aviation ground connectivity adoption across airports, lounges, gates, hangars, maintenance bays, fleet vehicles, and other facilities. Role requires deep discovery with customers, creation of commercial proposals and marketing collateral, and travel ~50% with on-site base in Bastrop, TX. Must have a BA/BS in engineering or business (or 10+ years in relevant roles), proven track record in high-value aviation deals, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills; ITAR compliance is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or business discipline and 5+ years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, corporate strategy or sales; OR 10+ years of professional experience in business development, partnerships, corporate strategy or sales in lieu of a degree
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations and other SpaceX locations
- This position is based in Bastrop, TX and requires being onsite - remote work not considered
- ITAR REQUIREMENTS: U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), Refugee, or Asylee, or be eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
