SR Terminal Manager

Job Summary
Oversee dock operations including loading and unloading freight, managing forklift traffic, and supervising picking and sortation of palletized freight. Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain terminal staff while providing leadership to drivers and dock workers. Monitor dock production to ensure facility Key Performance Indicator goals are met and maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOT/OSHA standards. Ensure company operational model compliance and support a culture of excellence in quality for internal and external customers. Work a flexible Monday-Friday 6:00AM-4:00PM schedule with an average of 50 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Prior LTL management experience
- Strong leadership skills including the ability to hire, coach, counsel, train, and mentor employees
- High aptitude for technology
- Ability to multi-task while being detail oriented
- Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work 50 hours/week average
- Bachelor's Degree
