Job Summary
Senior Telephony Infrastructure Engineer at Disney Central Reservation Center in Orlando, FL; design and support telephony infrastructure across 70+ locations, leveraging Avaya telephony programming, troubleshooting, and network infrastructure. Manage large-scale projects including equipment upgrades, new location setups, and integration of new technologies. Coordinates with cross-functional teams; leads PCI and ITIL compliance initiatives; performs MAC tasks within Avaya System/Session Manager; ensures SIP-based routing, firewall configurations, and network monitoring.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
