Sr. Telecom Design Engineer

Lead the design and documentation of ICT infrastructure systems including structured cabling, telecommunications rooms, data centers, and distributed antenna systems. Develop detailed construction documents, specifications, and design packages in compliance with TIA, BICSI, and applicable codes. Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate telecom designs into larger facility projects, while conducting site surveys and assessments to validate existing infrastructure. Review contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings for compliance, and support construction administration through site visits and punch list walkthroughs. Prepare technical reports and presentations for client leadership, representing ADRM in meetings with strong professional communication. Mentor junior team members to contribute to technical excellence across the Design Services practice.
