Job Summary
Develop and oversee technology strategy to align with business objectives while managing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software development. Engage in hands-on helpdesk support and field operations, lead and mentor the IT team, and ensure the reliability of IT services. Collaborate with various departments to integrate technology solutions, stay updated with emerging trends, and manage the IT budget for efficient resource allocation. Provide detailed documentation, reporting, and status updates to all necessary individuals. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, extensive experience in a senior IT role within a Managed Service Provider setting, and robust technical skills in network security.
