Job Summary
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise automation products and reusable components using C#, Python, PowerShell, and Bash. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions while managing Infrastructure as Code via Terraform. Own operational health, availability, and security of Azure cloud services and AKS environments, including vulnerability remediation, patching, and disaster recovery planning. Perform production support, incident response, and root cause analysis across enterprise integrations while participating in architecture reviews and technical governance processes. Identify opportunities to leverage AI-assisted automation technologies to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related STEM discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience across Automation Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Systems Engineering
- Experience supporting enterprise production environments and mission-critical platforms
- System Administration Windows Server administration (2016/2022/2019)
- System Administration Linux administration (RHEL, Ubuntu)
- Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise infrastructure services
- PowerShell and Bash scripting for systems administration and operational automation
- Server provisioning, configuration management, patching, and operating system lifecycle management
- IIS and web application hosting administration
- Windows Services, scheduled tasks, certificates, and service account management
- Enterprise file systems, storage, and permissions management
- Performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for server and application infrastructure
- Troubleshooting, administering, and supporting enterprise third-party applications, platforms, and integrations
- Diagnosing application, infrastructure, network, and integration issues across vendor-supported platforms using logs, monitoring, and vendor documentation
- Virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere and/or Hyper-V)
- SSL/TLS certificate management and PKI fundamentals
- System hardening, security baselines, vulnerability remediation, and compliance support
- Backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high availability concepts
- Experience administering enterprise applications and supporting production environments

- Azure certifications
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
