Job Summary
Senior Techno-Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM to design, configure, extend, and deliver scalable HCM solutions across Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, and ORC Recruiting, with emphasis on AI-enabled HR using Oracle AI Agentic Studio, Redwood UX, and low-code/no-code VBCS integrations. Responsibilities include designing intelligent HCM workflows, leveraging Generative AI features and Oracle AI services, integrating Oracle Digital Assistant with Fusion HCM for employee self-service, building and migrating Redwood-based pages, developing HR applications with VBCS, implementing REST/SOAP integrations with external systems, performing FSM configurations, and leading SIT/UAT, cutover, and hypercare activities while driving innovation through POCs and demos. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum delivery experience are required.
