Job Summary
Senior Technician, Maintenance Services performs skilled inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of mechanical and process equipment supporting water and/or wastewater facilities. Works with pumps, blowers, motors, gearboxes, valves, chemical feed systems, mixers, screens, and associated instrumentation; uses P&IDs, manuals, and historical data to diagnose issues; performs advanced maintenance tasks including precision alignment, seal/bearing replacement, vibration assessment, and calibration of chemical feed systems and instrumentation. Maintains safety and regulatory compliance, executes preventive and corrective maintenance with limited oversight, and participates in after-hours/on-call maintenance with regional travel within the Fayetteville, WV area. Requires collaboration with operations and external contractors, and a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Technical school coursework in industrial maintenance, mechanical systems, electrical systems, or a related field preferred
