Job Summary
Conduct daily maintenance, inspections, and preventive保养 for public facilities and equipment at the JS Factory. Develop equipment repair and safety analysis plans while managing construction work and on-site supervision. Collect and analyze equipment operation data to track status and optimize continuous improvement. Manage spare parts inventory to meet production requirements and ensure correct model accuracy. Execute environmental, health, and safety policies, including EHS training participation and hazard identification. Oversee energy conservation, special equipment compliance, and 5S standards in the assigned area. Maintain accurate fault records and coordinate with auxiliary and environmental equipment teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or above
- Full-time electrical/mechanical major with at least a college degree (preferred)
- Basic English reading and writing skills
- Basic computer operation skills
- Valid license/certification required for special operations according to national laws and regulations
- Ability to perform normal overtime and shift changes
- Ability to execute daily environmental, health, and safety requirements
- Ability to identify hazards and engage in continuous improvement
- Ability to follow safety policies
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with production equipment such as film winding/unwinding, tension, and air path control
- Familiarity with automated warehouse equipment
- Good communication skills
- Integrity and honesty
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to proactively learn new content in work
