Job Summary

Lead development of technical documentation supporting Government IT programs, including SOPs, work instructions, templates, manuals, and technical guides. Coordinate documentation efforts across multiple projects and stakeholders while collaborating with Government SMEs to collect, validate, and organize technical information. Design, implement, and maintain documentation portal dashboards to monitor contractor performance, SLAs, and Quality Assurance metrics. Review and edit documents for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and completeness, ensuring compliance with Government documentation standards. Maintain document version control and repositories, supporting process improvement initiatives through standardized documentation. Assist with documentation reviews, audits, and quality assurance activities to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within established deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top-Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant government program management experience
  • Advanced writing, editing, proofreading, and document management skills
  • Experience creating technical documentation for complex IT environments
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Technical writing methodologies and documentation standards
  • Development of SOPs, work instructions, templates, and process documentation
  • Government document lifecycle management
  • Quality assurance documentation practices
  • Documentation portals and collaboration tools
  • Information gathering through interviews with technical personnel and Government stakeholders
  • Editing technical documents for consistency, readability, and compliance

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting SOCOM or other Department of Defense organizations
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or Government collaboration portals
  • Experience supporting IT Service Management (ITSM) environments
