Job Summary
Sr Technical Trainer responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on semiconductor equipment cleaning. Delivers on-line and/or on-site training for technicians, engineers, and operators; develops materials, manuals, SOPs, and e-learning modules; acts as SME for semiconductor cleaning equipment, chemicals, and contamination control; ensures training aligns with ISO/EHS standards and customer requirements; evaluates trainee competency and supports continuous improvement in training effectiveness; conducts audits of training records and keeps content up-to-date with new technologies and regulatory requirements. Requires 3–5 years in semiconductor-related roles, strong training/design experience, familiarity with cleanroom protocols and wafer handling, excellent communication skills, and ability to tailor training for diverse audiences; certification in training or instructional design is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or contamination control
- Proven experience in technical training, instructional design, or workforce development
- Strong knowledge of cleanroom protocols, wafer handling, and precision cleaning methods
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt training methods for diverse audiences (technicians, engineers, operators)
- Certification in training or instructional design from professional body is a plus
