Job Summary
Senior-level IT support role providing end-user assistance for PC hardware/software, network issues, and associated IT services. Responsibilities include answering the support desk, deskside and walk-in support, maintaining a ticket queue, participating in IT projects, upgrading and deploying CBH images, supporting webinars and web conferences, and contributing to IT process improvements. The role also covers training end-users, documenting procedures, maintaining inventory/equipment databases, and on-call availability. Requires an Associate’s degree (or higher) and A+/Net+ certifications (Net+ preferred) with at least three years of help desk experience; Philadelphia residency or relocation within six months and US work authorization without sponsorship are required.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree preferred or higher in technical or business area, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- License/Certification: A+ certification; Net+ certification preferred
- Relevant Work Experience: At least three years of help desk experience
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills; Able to multi-task; Strong problem-solving skills
