Sr. Technical Sales Engineer, Europe

Develop site-specific Arcturus integration concepts by interpreting customer P&IDs to identify tie-in points, process impacts, and risks. Build process flow diagrams and heat and mass balances for feasibility checks, then own the full techno-economic case including process integration, heat exchanger selection, electrical infrastructure needs, and utility rate forecasting. Conduct site visits to industrial facilities to install metering equipment, interview plant staff, and provide data-backed risk mitigation. Communicate persuasively by producing technical narratives, diagrams, and slides for internal and external audiences while leading technical calls to address objections. Coordinate with internal sales, engineering, and external partners to ensure engineered designs meet customer expectations and keep projects moving. This role sits at the forefront of Arcturus adoption across Europe, blending hands-on analysis with customer engagement.
