Sr. Technical Representative, IT Operations

Sr. Technical Representative, IT Operations responsibilities include receiving, analyzing, monitoring and resolving PC, telephone and network problems with minimal supervision; troubleshooting end-user PC issues, installing/configuring desktop equipment, and providing telephony support (PBX, ACD, voice mailboxes, CSU/DSU). Performs hardware/software upgrades, assists with production/administration phone switches, leads moderate to complex projects, installs and maintains facility wiring, maintains inventory and records, generates network service reports, mentors technicians, resolves problems through internal/external coordination, conducts preventative maintenance and safety inspections, and provides on-call technical support via pager. Expected to spend 60–70% of time on trouble tickets and participate in regular 1:1 meetings with management/direct reports. Location: PHL Makati City - SLC, Philippines.
