Job Summary
Sr. Technical Recruiter to design and own Serval's engineering-focused talent acquisition strategy. Develop creative sourcing approaches, manage full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer, partner with engineering leaders to define roles, build and maintain recruiting infrastructure, and deliver a data-driven candidate experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hiring goals, stay ahead of recruiting trends, and attract world-class engineering talent in a fast-growing startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
- technical aptitude and familiarity with engineering roles and tech stacks
- proven track record of building pipelines and closing top engineering candidates
- ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills and the ability to translate feedback into actions
- analytical mindset with ability to use metrics to drive recruiting decisions
