Job Summary
Drive execution and delivery of technical projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring timely and on-budget completion. Define, optimize, and manage Agile ceremonies for large teams while coordinating cross-functional dependencies with engineering, product, and vendor partners. Monitor program plans, adjust forecasts, and resolve blockers to meet business goals. Own Jira and Confluence administration, build executive dashboards, and lead project closure including lessons learned and financial reporting. Support Jira Cloud migration readiness and roadmap planning using advanced tracking artifacts.
Required Qualifications
- Must have minimum of 5 years of technical project/program management experience working with technical teams developing enterprise class solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Info Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
- Understanding of Cloud, APIs, services, database technologies, technologist roles and responsibilities, capabilities & platform dependencies, software development lifecycle, engineering and/or product development
- Influence and negotiation, communication, professional maturity & organizational savvy, relationship building, dependency mapping
- Must have extensive hands-on experience with practices such as Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall as well as extensive experience with pragmatic blending of styles to facilitate collaboration and delivery
- Must have deep understanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD)
- Significant experience in coaching and mentoring teams on project management practices including Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall
- Must have experience and knowledge of AI emerging technologies, nomenclature and strategies
- Excellent ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of a project
- Experience managing large project budgets
- Must have experience with tools such as: Microsoft suite, Keynote, Smartsheet, MyPPM (Clarity), MyJira, Tableau, Claude, and PowerBI
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience in supporting large-scale, global software development programs
