Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience managing technical projects through the full SDLC lifecycle
• Strong understanding of Agile or SCRUM methodologies
• Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be available for on-site work inside a secure correctional facility
• Organizes, Directs, and Manages Contract Operation Support Functions: 6 years
• Manages Teams of Contract Support Personnel at Multiple Locations: 6 years
• Maintains and Manages Senior-Level Client Interface Responsibilities: 6 years
• Meets with Customer and Contractor Personnel for Task Plans and Deliverables: 6 years
• Ensures Conformance with Program Task Schedules and Costs: 6 years
• Working with Multiple Levels of Highly Technical Stakeholders: 6 years
• Agile or SCRUM Methodologies with Facilitation Experience: 6 years
• Progressive Consulting Leadership in Enterprise Environments: 6 years
• Managing, Coordinating, and Prioritizing Full Project Lifecycle: 6 years
• Professional Technology Experience w/ Degree: 10 Years
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Power BI, or Equivalent Tools: 6 years
• Successfully Implemented at Least One Complex Project in the Last Five Years
• Participated and Contributed to Two or More Project Implementations in the Past Six Years

• CSM Certification
