Job Summary
Own end-to-end program management and delivery for cloud storage initiatives across Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS, managing milestones, critical paths, and release integration across engineering and product teams. Drive cross-functional alignment with internal and external stakeholders to resolve dependencies and facilitate prioritization forums with Engineering and product leadership. Partner with senior engineers to decompose initiatives into milestones, identify risks early with cost-of-delay analysis, and deliver concise executive briefings on program health. Represent the program in portfolio reviews and leadership forums while automating recurring workflows to improve traceability.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience of successful releases for multiple products or services in technology focused programs
- Demonstrated delivery of complex, multi-team platform or infrastructure programs in cloud, storage, distributed systems, or SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of project and resource interdependencies within a program or portfolio, including shared capacity and prioritization tradeoffs
- Ability to read and constructively challenge architecture documents, design specifications, release plans, and dependency graphs
- Strong command of Agile-at-scale and release train mechanics: milestone planning, GA readiness gates, change control, and critical path management
- Proven ability to influence senior engineering and product leaders without direct authority in a highly matrixed organization
- Results-oriented self-starter with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
