Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead and drive product success for Plume's cloud-based service platform. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining project plans, driving execution of complex technical programs, collaborating across networks, managing stakeholder communications, and developing project milestones. The ideal candidate will have a BS degree, 10+ years of experience, strong technical background with hands-on software development experience, and a proven record in Wi-Fi domain discussions. Must possess strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a strategic mindset for agile software projects.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree (or relevant/industry standard experience to match)
- 10+ years of experience
- Prior experience working in the Wi-Fi domain
- Demonstrable ability to think outside the box to resolve technical issues and resource conflicts
- Thorough knowledge of software engineering principles and agile methodologies
- 5+ years’ experience managing fast-paced agile software projects with aggressive schedules
