Job Summary
Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end cross-functional initiatives for an AI-powered deal-sourcing product. Drive execution across Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-to-Market; translate strategic vision into structured milestones, deliverables, and measurable outcomes; identify and mitigate risks; enable timely leadership decisions through executive-level communication and status updates; govern programs with clear decisions and accountability; build strong stakeholder relationships across engineers and executives; coach teams on planning discipline and continuous process improvement. Must have strong technical fluency, experience delivering enterprise-scale systems, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex, cross-functional software or platform initiatives
