Sr. Technical Program Manager

Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end execution of multiple complex programs within LiveRamp's Identity and Data Foundational Solutions. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing/Go-to-Market, and Commercial teams to translate strategic vision into actionable execution, mitigate risks, and drive successful commercial launches of multi-quarter solutions and feature deliverables. You will lead program lifecycle activities from quarterly planning through release, emphasize strategic alignment, dependency and risk management, and ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous planning, testing, and clear ownership. The position requires strong cross-functional coordination, exceptional communication with stakeholders and executives, and a growth-minded mindset focused on process improvement, planning discipline, and scale.
