Job Summary

Manage the SDLC for products from start to finish, including creating timelines, breaking down specifications into deliverables, and serving as the key point of contact for testing, deployment, and hypercare support. Translate product requirements into technical specifications, iterate with engineering teams to build working products, and define monthly and quarterly objectives for engineering leadership. Own the scrum process, coordinate UAT plans and issue tracking, and track progress while mitigating risks. Seamlessly communicate technical tradeoffs to non-technical audiences and executives, utilizing data to drive decision-making and conflict resolution. Shield the team from distractions and advocate for agile development best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong technical background
  • Comfortable using software tools like Github
  • Ability to understand the technical details of Generative AI products without a steep learning curve
  • Clear communicator
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all roles and levels of management
  • Able to use clear, simple language to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Detail-oriented
  • Expert at tracking details at the lowest level
  • Ability to use these intricacies to inform high-level conversations
  • Jira expert
  • Comfortable with JIRA project management from initializing sprints
  • Building dashboards to visualize work
  • Automating workflows
  • Querying to find specific artifacts

  • Ability to leverage intelligence dashboards in solutions such as Superset, Tableau, or Looker
  • Effective change agent
