Job Summary
Own end-to-end project execution by planning, scheduling, and driving delivery for complex cross-functional initiatives involving AI/ML and intelligent automation. Build and maintain project plans to track milestones while proactively managing risks, issues, and tradeoffs with clear stakeholder updates. Serve as the PMO lead for the ML's agentic platform, partnering with engineering leads to embed AI into each SDLC phase from requirements through zero-downtime deployment. Establish and continuously improve team processes to increase quality and productivity through refined agile ceremonies and tooling like Jira. Balance scope, timeline, and dependencies while bridging product and engineering alignment for the rollout of the AI-Driven SDLC.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical program management in a software engineering organization
- at least 2 years in an AI, ML, or platform transformation context
- Demonstrated experience managing AI/ML initiatives or SDLC modernization programs
- delivery ownership of AI/ML initiatives or SDLC modernization programs
- Fluency with AI-driven SDLC concepts
- AI-assisted requirements
