Sr Technical Product Manager

Job Summary
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key B2B transportation and logistics platform capabilities, leading discovery and delivery for backend services supporting shipment lifecycle management, pricing, dispatch, and carrier operations. Partner with Engineering to define scalable technical solutions including APIs, integrations, data models, and event flows, while translating complex business needs into prioritized engineering work. Collaborate with operations teams to identify workflow friction points and build products that improve service efficiency and scalability, managing integrations with customers, carriers, TMS, ERP, and third-party systems. Establish and monitor product KPIs covering adoption, operational efficiency, data quality, and integration reliability, balancing near-term priorities with long-term platform investment and technical debt reduction. Lead cross-functional delivery from discovery through launch and iteration, communicating priorities and risks to senior stakeholders while strengthening product-management standards.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- substantial experience owning technical, B2B or platform products
- Demonstrated experience working with backend systems, APIs, integrations, data pipelines and complex business rules
- Strong technical fluency
- ability to work credibly with engineers on architecture, dependencies, data models and implementation trade-offs
- Experience building products used by enterprise customers, operational teams or external partners
- Proven ability to take products from ambiguous problem definition through launch and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and commercial judgement
- ability to use qualitative feedback and quantitative data to make prioritisation decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
