Sr. Technical Product Manager

Job Summary
Own the technical product roadmap spanning new capabilities, platform infrastructure, technical debt remediation, and scaling mechanisms. Translate product-line needs and stakeholder input into clear technical requirements and epics for Engineering while maintaining alignment between Architecture and non-R&D functions. Use AI tools as core infrastructure to prototype approaches, analyze usage data, and synthesize stakeholder input, compressing discovery cycles. Monitor platform adoption, performance, and reliability metrics to drive technical investment decisions. Act as Product Owner with high autonomy to influence teams you do not directly control, ensuring clean handoffs and shared accountability. Drive process improvements at the Product/Architecture interface to optimize team output.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in a software/SaaS environment
- 4+ years in a product management role
- Advanced technical understanding of networking, databases, operating systems, APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to read architecture diagrams
- Ability to review API designs
- Ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with engineers
- Experience defining APIs
- Experience defining data contracts
- Experience defining integration approaches
- Experience managing platform or system migrations
- Experience maintaining continuity for dependent teams and customers during migrations
- Advanced understanding of Agile processes
- Advanced understanding of deployment methodologies
- Understanding of CI/CD
- Strong grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated, meaningful use of AI tools in your own workflow
- Ability to speak concretely to how AI has changed the way you work
- Ability to describe what AI has replaced
- Ability to describe where AI has found its limits
- Ability to derive and apply technical product strategy across one or more products on a 6–12 month time horizon
- Experience grounded in strong market and portfolio analysis
- Experience with secure coding
- Experience with compliance
- Experience with security practices
- Strong experience with Jira
- Experience with metrics tracking for optimal team output
- Ability to verify identity
- Minimum age of 18
- Eligibility to work in the United States (without sponsorship)
- Completion of the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
