Job Summary
Senior Technical Product Manager (gn) in Germany (Hamburg/Berlin/Remote) to own the roadmap for Core Reliability & Connectivity of Cybus' IIoT platform. Translate complex technical challenges (refactoring, security, protocol updates) into business value, specify requirements for high-tech features (OPC UA, MQTT, container architecture), manage technical debt vs feature hype, and take full ownership of the technical backlog to ensure engineering alignment. Requires a technical background (in Informatik or equivalent), 5+ years of B2B software product management in Industrial IoT/Edge/Cloud, familiarity with industrial protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, S7) and message brokers (MQTT, Kafka), ability to challenge engineering decisions while collaborating with stakeholders, and very good German (C1) plus English. Beneficial: Azure Marketplace, cybersecurity knowledge (IEC 62443), and experience transforming waterfall/pull models to agile. Required Qualifications
