Job Summary
Senior Technical Product Manager for Contractual Services leads strategic roadmaps and wing-to-wing delivery for CSA analytics products (BLD, Escalation, SIGE) and associated Databricks/Power BI initiatives. Partners with the CS Value Stream Leader to align technology investments with business priorities, coordinates multiple parallel teams to deliver cross-functional outcomes, and serves as the primary liaison for CSA Data & Analytics initiatives to transform data into actionable insights. Requires strong Agile program management experience, familiarity with analytics platforms (Databricks, Tableau, Power BI), and the ability to influence without direct authority while communicating clearly with senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors
- PMP, ScrumMaster, SAFe, or related Project Management certification (preferred)
- Strong Agile program management experience (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Familiarity with data & analytics platforms (Databricks, Tableau, Power BI preferred)
- Experience coordinating multiple parallel teams and driving cross-functional outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with senior leadership
- Ability to define and own strategic roadmaps for analytics products
- Experience in SDLC, software product security, scalability, and documentation best practices
