Job Summary
Senior Technical Manager/Sr. Engineer (PE) leading client-facing engineering projects in land development; responsible for directing design activities, QA/QC reviews, budgets, and regulatory compliance, signing and sealing deliverables, mentoring junior staff, and driving continuous improvement and technical excellence across industrial, higher education, and hospitality sectors. Requires ABET-accredited BS or MS in engineering, 10+ years of experience, and a PE license; preferred proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrologic/hydraulic design tools; strong leadership, communication, and client-relations skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and/or Hydrologic and Hydraulic software packages
