Job Summary
Manage issuance of deliverables and technical content for HOK documents while supervising staff producing drawings. Lead implementation of Construction Phase Services, securing QA reviews and ensuring construction detail documentation conforms to quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to incorporate all information into project requirements, and monitor the design process from conceptual phases through construction administration. Set project team software parameters, manage standards, and define data organization for Building Information Models. Mentor less senior staff, participate in professional development reviews, and step in as a Project Manager when needed. Incorporate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions and foster a green workplace through sustainable practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design
- LEED credential
