Job Summary
Resolve batch automation disruptions to meet customer SLAs while validating and transforming customer data for planning, visibility, and analytics using SQL, SSIS, and Excel. Analyze technical and functional interdependencies, support CI/CD processes, and monitor system performance to optimize o9's cloud-based solution. Automate manual tasks with shell scripts, debug post-go-live issues, and execute integration test cases to ensure sustained value delivery. Participate in technical design and data requirements gathering to fine-tune performance across various levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience
- Master's Degree
- 3 years' experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SQL
- Experience leveraging ETL tools like SSIS for data transformation
- Prior experience in the Supply Chain domain
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- Masters of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics or a related quantitative field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with planning applications like SAP, Oracle, e2open, Kinaxis, JDA, etc.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience with AZURE
- Experience with Google Cloud Infrastructures
- Statistical, Optimization, and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R/Javascript/Python
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in Bash
- Proficiency in Powershell Scripting
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation
